From Overwhelmed to Winning: How Micro Goals Changed My Life

For as long as I can remember, I have struggled with having big ideas and getting close to the finish line just to turn back unfinished. I would usually create a list of what ifs that led to me giving up. What if I get there and it’s not what I wanted? What if I can’t handle it? What ifs can be inspiring in some instances and keep us on our toes but every so often, what ifs are quite the opposite. This fortune teller line of thinking can lead to unnecessary anxieties, procrastination and even self-sabotage.
